Identity Accuracy: When registering a personal or business account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete legal name, address, and organizational details.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, session tokens, and access keys. Any activity originating from your account is your responsibility.

Account Classification: Business accounts must reflect a valid, legally registered organization.

3. Software Licensing & Export Control Compliance

Statutory Compliance: C-LabZero software assets incorporate specialized cryptographic primitives. Access to downloads, license minting (via C-LabZero Activator), and deployment workflows is contingent upon compliance with UK export control laws enforced by the Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU).

End-Use Declarations: You warrant that all end-use declarations, organizational use cases, and physical addresses provided during onboarding are accurate. Software assets must not be re-exported, transferred, or deployed in violation of UK trade sanctions, export restrictions, or Open General Export Licences (OGEL).

License Revocation: We reserve the right to suspend or revoke license activations, account access, or deployment capabilities if inaccurate identity data is provided or if statutory compliance violations are detected.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Pass fake or fraudulent identity data during member onboarding.

Use public analytics or member channels to launch automated attacks, inject malicious payloads, or scrape proprietary platform assets.
