C-LabZero Sentinel Terms & Disclaimer
Software Provided “As-Is”
C-LabZero Sentinel (clz_sentinel) is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While C-LabZero employs static scanners, dependency parsers, and local diagnostic engines designed for accuracy, we do not warrant that the application will be completely error-free or catch every potential software vulnerability.
Advisory & Compliance Metrics
All reports, CBOM/SBOM exports, HNDL risk scores, and compliance readiness snippets (including FIPS 203–206, CNSA 2.0, and SP 800-208 tags) generated by C-LabZero Sentinel are provided strictly for informational and internal risk-assessment purposes. They do not constitute formal legal, regulatory, or cryptographic certification. Users remain solely responsible for independent verification of their security posture and regulatory compliance.
Authorized Scanning & Probe Usage
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization before executing automated static checks or optional network TCP/TLS probes against any system, repository, host, or network infrastructure. C-LabZero disclaims all responsibility for unauthorized scanning activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Neo Dark, C-LabZero, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, security breaches, data corruption, system downtime, failure to meet statutory compliance standards, or procurement of substitute software) arising out of the use of or inability to use this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
In any case, C-LabZero’s aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the software in the preceding 12 months, or £50 GBP, whichever is higher.
